Unable to log in to MLM Software Solutions Support Center after registering
Posted by Bob Hinkle on 24 October 2005 06:59 PM

If you have registered for the MLM Software Solutions, Inc. Support Center, but are unable to log in, there may be several reasons why you are unable to do so.

If you are using AOL to log on to the internet, you may not be able to log in to the Support Center due to restrictions in the AOL browser. This is possible, even if you were able to register through AOL and are able to browse other areas of the Support Center using your AOL browser.  To resolve this, log on to the internet as you normally do and then minimize AOL.  Next, open Internet Explorer (provided with Windows) and browse to and attempt to log in again.  If you are still unable to log in, please follow the instructions below to modify your Internet Explorer security settings to properly work with our site.
If you are not using AOL or are using Internet Explorer in conjunction with AOL, the security settings in Internet Explorer may be blocking the cookies required to use our site. To resolve this issue, you will need to add the Support Center as a Trusted Site in Internet Explorer by doing the following:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the Tools drop-down menu.
  3. Select Internet Options.
  4. Click on the Security tab.
  5. Click on the Trusted Sites zone icon.
  6. Click on the Sites button.
  7. If the option that reads Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone is checked, uncheck it.
  8. In the Add this Web site to the zone: field, enter
  9. Click Add
  10. Next, click on the Privacy tab and then click the Sites button.
  11. Scroll down the list of Managed Web Sites and ensure that is not listed as Always Block on the list.
  12. If is listed, select it and then click Remove.
  13. Click OK and close the Internet Options window.
You should now be able to log in to the Support Center using your Internet Explorer browser.  If not, you may need to check the settings in any other internet security program (McAfeeNorton, etc.) that is installed on your computer to ensure that is not being blocked there.

If you have reviewed and attempted to login using the the information provided above and are still unsuccessful, please send us an email and include:
  • your complete Support Center login information
  • your Internet connection type (dial-up, cable, DSL)
  • the name of your Internet service provider (ISP)
  • the Internet browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer, AOL, Firefox)
