Technical Support Policy

As a registered user of Consultant Front Office Basic, Standard or Professional you are entitled to complimentary technical support via the Internet

  • for a period of 1 year from the time you first purchased the version you currently own *
  • if your company supports our Data Exchange Interface and you have a problem relating to that function in the program

While major Version Upgrades (e.g. upgrading from VersionĀ 9 to Version 10) qualify you for an additional year of technical support, License Upgrades within a major version (e.g. upgrading from Standard to Professional within Version 10) do not, since these upgrades do not change your status with respect to the above criteria.

* While our guarantee of free support extends for only one year, we have always made a practice of providing free support to anyone owning a license to the current version of our software, even when the support request occurs more than one year after the date of purchase.
