On Dec 30, 2011, Jeff Shafe, Founder and President of MLM Software Solutions, Inc., sustained a severe spinal cord injury in a motorcycle (dirt-bike) accident, resulting in partial paralysis of his legs and arms. Fortunately, his recovery is coming along relatively well and his ability to write software and respond to support requests was not significantly impacted.
