Default email errors

Jeff,
I'm getting very frustrated with using this program. I cannot send emails out. It keeps giving me an error or just hangs up on me.

Please let me know what I need to do.

Hi Lori,

I just realized that you're working with Small Office Advantage rather than MLM Easy Money. Can you tell me exactly where the error occurs? Is it just after you try to "Send" an email?

Is the email you're trying to send a saved one or are you composing it just before sending it? If it's a saved one we should be able to open it from our end and reproduce the problem.

Default emails

Jeff,
It seems that I can send 1 email but when I try to send a bunch-I get an error message.

Total emails to be sent: NaN
Queded for delivery: failed

Hi Lori,

I've just done some more testing on the email function without seeing the problem you're obviously encountering. Can you tell me approximately how many recipients you're trying to send to when you get the error?

Also, is there a specific email that this happens on or does it happen regardless of which email it is you're sending?

Hi Lori,

We are going to be moving support for Small Office Advantage from the forums to our actual Support Center in the near future. In the meantime, why don't you submit this problem as a support ticket by going to: mlmsoftwaresolutions.helpserve.com. You will need to register and log in, using your email address and a password of your choosing, prior to submitting a ticket.

I think this will make it easier for us to try and resolve this problem quickly and efficiently.
