Teleconference Training - Ask Jeff and Bob!
Twice a month for 45 minutes you can ask Jeff or Bob anything you want (with regards to the program). This is your chance to ask a question or hear answers to other people's questions. If you're having trouble with the program or just want to do more with it don't miss this opportunity.
Dates and Times
- First Wednesday of each month at 4:00 PM Pacific Time (7 PM Eastern, 6 PM Central, 5 PM Mountain)
- Third Wednesday of each month at 10:00 AM Pacific Time (1 PM Eastern, 12 PM Central, 11 AM Mountain)
Call-In Information
- All participants will be responsible for their own long distance charges.
- The phone number for all training calls is: 218-862-1300.
- The Bridge # for all training calls is: 484604.
PLEASE NOTE: Jeff or Bob will be on the line only as long as there are callers. Calling in after the designated time is fine but you run the risk of missing the call completely if it ends before the allotted time.

Private training and one-on-one support sessions using a webinar format. The webinar format allows all participants to see the instructor's screen while we talk, making this a very effective and efficient way to learn the program. Available on a pay-as-you-go basis at the rate of $20 per half hour. Up to 10 people may participate at no additional charge. |
Other Options
Many times, the fastest and easiest way to find the information you're looking for is simply to click on one of the Help icons located throughout the program. This opens the program's built-in Help file to exactly the section that's most relevant to the screen you're working on.
