Live Support

Private training and one-on-one support sessions using a webinar format. The webinar format allows all participants to see the instructor's screen while we talk, making this a very effective and efficient way to learn the program. Available on a pay-as-you-go basis at the rate of $20 per half hour. Up to 10 people may participate at no additional charge.

Many times, the fastest and easiest way to find the information you're looking for is simply to click on one of the Help icons located throughout the program. This opens the program's built-in Help file to exactly the section that's most relevant to the screen you're working on.
